Atmosphere is very friendly. These people know what they are doing and are very open to answer any questions you may have. I was being helped by Jonathan Zermeno from Jim Click Dodge. I ve never had someone provide such a personalized experience in buying a car. He was up front about everything and was able to get me a very nice car within my budget and made sure I really liked it before proceeding to sell me. This took out the stressful BS you go through with sales people. I also want to compliment David from finance and Rocky the manager who are noticeably experienced and very helpful throughout the process. Needless to say if I could afford buying multiple cars I would come back. I also want to thank Kevin and Diego from Ford who were also friendly and knowledgeable. You won t regret talking to any of the people I mentioned.
