We booked a trip well in advance, drove over three hours to get there and they called 5 min before we arrived to cancel. No explanation, no accommodation, just a surly captain just telling us we were SOL. I understand mechanical issues happen, but there's no way they discovered an issue :05 before we were supposed to arrive, and the response could not have been more unprofessional. I definitely don't recommend this group.
