Went in for a partial lowlite the colorist comes up asked me how many foils I want (I don't know However many come in a partial?) and lets me know that they had booked her really tight that day, and she would only have time for a few foils. I would rather reschedule then have her do a rushed color job, so after some gentle prodding from her I said I would call another time if need be. I got a half hearted I'm sorry and that was the end of the customer service experience. Not even an offer to try to fix it, or even a 10% off eyebrow wax, or anything that was just it. So now I am in the parking lot calling around to other salons in the area seeing if they can get me in...ugh!
