Extremely unprofessional !

Extremely unprofessional !
I made appointments for 3 days in a row for hair color but each time I went they said the color didn't come .
Talked to 2 managers - nobody knew when the hair color was arriving .
Also the main person in charge did not pick up her phone when called 3-4 times
Total harassment and waste of time .
Good only for hair cuts .
