If you are looking for a call service that will charge you 7-8K per month then let your phone ring 10-15 times before anyone will pick it up, if at all, then call you to ask you what to do because agents are not trained on protocol that you have spent many hours of your own time to clarify what needs to be done, this is the call service for you. Agents are trained only to take messages at best and if you want them to do anything other than that they are lost and confused and you will need to retrain all agents over and over again because of repeated agent turnover. Sadly, ownership does not take responsibility for failures and will try to shift the blame to you.
