I originally had a big problem and it was a big situation And I rated the hotel a 1 but let me tell you why I m changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 , although I disliked the way I was treated by the manager katliyn , who is very unprofessional , the area manager( BRIAN , ) was so kind hearted and genuine... he truly cared about our problems and handled them , He really showed me and my boyfriend that he was doing everything he could , If he is there watching over management I would encourage a stay. Thanks Brian for everything , !
