Long story but... I needed metal roofing material for a small custom grill gazebo. A friend referred me to Allstate and game me the sales lady's number. After she took the info and failed to get back to me for several weeks, I left a review explaining my situation and disappointment. Allstate responded that same day by apologizing and telling me "Erik" would be in touch to take care of me. Almost 3 weeks after that and I'm still waiting for "Erik". This company is a sad excuse of a company. I only wish "0" stars was an option because they gave me "0" customer service.

I don't know how to reply to your reply so here it is. (Edited me original review to reply) Your rep and/or Erik NEVER talked to me or EVER provided a quote. After my initial call asking for a quote, not a single person from your company ever contacted me again even though I reached out via reviews. If you didn't want to sell me the product for whatever reason/excuse, someone should have simply said we can't/won't be able to help. End of story.

Buyers beware, not a company worth taking a chance on.
