My friend and I went in intending to buy two Tacomas. I brought my car as a possible trade-in. I was asking about a 2017 Tacoma they had priced at 36k I showed them the same car at a different dealer that was priced at 31,885. the salesman said no problem we can match it. They took my information and made us wait about 30 minutes(which is normal). Then the salesman and the manager came up to us and asked us if we could sell my car to a different location because they didn't want to deal with my car. I was a bit shocked because the car I wanted to trade in was a 2018 mx5 with 11k miles on it. I told them I would think about it and asked about the deal on the truck. The manager then said give them the online price its the best deal we can give you which was 36,000ish. I looked at the salesman said thank you and left. Not once did they approach my friend to ask about his needs or ask him about a truck that he wanted to look at. Instead, they wasted our time and were very rude. I would visit other Toyota locations and avoid the headache!!!!!
