I moved on the property located at St. Elizabeth East in Washington,DC - worst mistake of my life!! The Management is poor, the property floods constantly, they got plumbing issues, problems with rodents and insects.. there s no real security.. My apartment was entered several times without my permission and the manager Ms. Gaye didn t even act concerned.. This isn t a good place to live if your single. I wouldn t suggest this property to anyone.. Try William C Smith.. they re very professional and care about they re residents
