I waited 4 months before giving my review - and I must admit .....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AMAZING FACILITIES!!! Kelly Hayes, the Senior Director of Membership and Wellness, walks on water and parts the sea! She is phenomenal!!! If you experience any issues with your membership....she is patient, responsive and stays in contact with you until it s resolved. The staff at the entrance ALWAYS greets me and my family with welcoming, authentic smiles and hellos . The locker rooms and bathrooms are clean even on the busiest days. I love the feeling of family & community here. It is well worth the $$$
