tech came out on time and diagnosed problem promptly. came back next business day to climb in attic, and corrected problem, noted to us that our unit was well past its life expectancy. we decided t0o replace it before it died, the sales rep looked at our old unit and determined it was in fact the right size ( i thought a bigger unit would be better) and found out that a magic pack only comes in a 3.5 ton max unit.
the guys came out and replaced the old one with a new one, took the time to address my concerns and corrected a few installations issues from the old install. could not be happier, right unit, right price and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommend this company.
