In short, I received damaged item (Apple Airport Extreme router). Eventually escalated to "customer service ambassador" named Helen Oster. Her repeated response was it was my fault, they need weeks to deal with UPS for the damage (which was Adorama's fault for shipping an expensive electronic product in a padded envelope instead of a carton) and I should just wait. I finally got her to agree to just let me return the item for a refund so I can move on, and buy it somewhere else. The best part - their return instructions require me to ship back in a carton, not an envelope, talk about a double standard. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the item, still no refund. Now need to open a complaint with my credit card to get my money back. So, if you value your time and your money, don't do business with Adorama.
