The guys were friendly, efficient and intelligent...a bonus! A real person answers the phone and the great experience grows from that initial contact. They remember your name (something that rarely happens) are always pleasant and helpful.
They did lose a few screws for my bed and my mirror got busted but it was an accident. The guys offered to compensate me for the loss. I was very pleased they took responsibility for the accident and that was more than enough for me!
Local Muscle is the only moving company I have or ever would recommend. They are top shelf in all respects. Thanks guys!!!
