Service is terrible. Slow. Can t get an appointmen...

Service is terrible. Slow. Can t get an appointment that isn t 2 weeks out. When I call service, they don t answer, there s no proper messaging system to leave a message. But, customers should AWAYS be able to talk to someone. I ll never by another Chrysler product purely based on how terrible their service department is.
