First, I will start off with a HUGE shout out to Jake. Second, if it wasn t for this man, probably wouldn t have returned. This dealership really did me wrong back in 2018, much like other people seemed to have pretty bad experiences. I was head strung on not returning. Ventured out again in the car shopping world trying to see what I could get as better family vehicles. I was all over the place on what I wanted. Each time, they still took the time to listen to what I wanted and tried to find other ways to make vehicles work. After about a week of not returning, I did a complete 180 and changed what I wanted to the complete opposite of what I was originally going for. Jake managed to fit the bill on EXACTLY what I was looking for. Never treated me like a number, and instead treated me like I was an actual person. I don t normally believe in second chances, but they redeemed themselves pretty well! :)
