Shameful. I make an appointment 4 months in advance with a doctor in particular for a specific problem, I am informed by text that the date has been moved, I contact the service, they tell me that I have an appointment you with an assistant and they don't know how to give me an appointment with this doctor. Never seen that. I am wasting my time and my son's health with incapacitated people.
