Serive here is terrible and they charge a fortune. Go to another Mercedes to get it serviced. Aside from bad mechanical/ electronic repairs, the customer service is terrible. I called to ask a simple question about a belt and was transferred, re transferred and had to call back several times. After the daunting task of getting to speak to a service associate, he said he would ask the mechanic and call back. I never got a call. The next day I called and asked him again and I was told the same thing.
