I have used Shavitz for 10 years. I am in the maintenance plan that includes two annual maintenance service and check-ups one each for summer and winter.

They are ALWAYS: 1. On time; 2. Knowedgable; 3. Thorough; 4. Clear when discussing findings, work and cost; 5. Clean; and 6. friendly.
