Arrived from my flight to San Antonio airport; fol...

Arrived from my flight to San Antonio airport; followed the sign to the Advantage desk: lights were off, no signs present advising on how to proceed...had to call Advantage customer service. Customer service states that the desk should be open until 2359, even though no one was there. Numerous customers were standing behind me waiting for Advantage to show...after another 30 minutes, we all stepped outside to take any shuttle that had advantage on it.

BL: Poor customer service, closed assistance/checkin desk, NEVER AGAIN!
