Went in for a regular service, and also to have a remote start system installed. There was an issue surrounding an incorrect part for the remote start due to a typo from subaru, and as a result my car would not be ready until the next day. My service advisor Stephen Cadwallader got me a free loaner car and did everything he could to make it as painless as possible, and made my convenience his top priority. My service has been excellent every time I've been in, and Mike Shaw Subaru will always be my preferred dealer and service provider.
