I called this company on September 9th to schedule...

I called this company on September 9th to schedule a soffit replacement, roof vent repair and partial gutter replacement. A company rep came to my house on September 12th and promised a written estimate by the end of that week. He assured me the work will "be done by mid October". It's now October 9th. I have called them 4 separate times begging to schedule the job. I still can't even get an estimate out of them. They are always "going to call you right back".

I understand they are busy. Still, these people take bad customer service to a new level. They will not do the work. They will not return your calls. They will not take your money if you beg them to. It must be nice to turn away business. Since they clearly don't need the work, I suggest you call a roofer that actually wants to do the job. At least a roofer that will be honest if they can't take the job. Is there a way to give zero stars?
