I recently moved in the Alexandra. Jennene is my new property manager. I found her to be friendly, considerate and very able. She answered all my questions, provided me with every document swiftly and even a kind reminder when I failed to fill send everything back as instructed. My unit was clean and ready for my move in and she was very thorough with me during the inspection to ensure I was covered fully. I highly recommend her and Prompton. I wish I had their services for my own properties out East.
