We started using ecollect services after using another company without any of our debts being collected. We have 4 child care centres and had a few larger debts that had been left by families. Since Ecollect has started the process a debt from January 2017 now has a payment arrangement and that was within the first 2 weeks. We are very happy with all aspects of their service and would highly recommend them for other child care services or any businesses looking to save time chasing those bad debts.
