So admittedly we did have some communication problems in the beginning (messages not being returned) but a week or two ago Albert Delgado reached out to me and really went the extra mile to make up for it and make sure my car was ready to go for the 27 hr road trip I have coming up in a few days (military move). That was then. Just this morning I had a blow out on the freeway, and was really freaking out i might not be able to be helped right away and it would be just another added stress before my trip. I called right away and asked for Albert, who told me to just bring it in. I finally got the chance to meet him in person and he was very professional and reassured me the job would get done right away. Another staff member was able to locate the info needed from the dealership in NC where I bought the car and confirmed my tire was covered since we had paid for the tire warranty. Seriously, I cannot thank you and your staff enough, Albert. Y'all are amazing, courteous, polite, and the perfect example of how El Paso is such a great community to be a part of. I'm going to miss it!
