I recently used the website enerdia.gr to purchase some energy-saving products for my home. I found the website to be user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface. The variety of products was quite impressive, and I was happy with the quality of the items I received. However, I did encounter some issues with the checkout process, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service was helpful in resolving the problem, but it did take longer than expected. Overall, my experience was average. The products were good, but the checkout process needs improvement. I hope 🤞the company can streamline their checkout and customer service for a smoother experience.
