My ugly story with Just Dial and their crookhead staff, who think that they are not employee but the ceo's of the company. My contract expired in December 2016. Before december 2016 I tried to stop the ecs, they told me its a contract for one year. I was like fine, after decemeber I called them again to stop the ecs, and I had few balance left with Justdial, so their staff somehow managed to convince me to continue the ugly journey with them, until my balance is over. I was again like fine, since I had pending balance. Now since the balance is over, and I really do not get any good leads from justdial, so I simpy want to stop the ecs and not work with justdial anymore. But they have a new story now, saying I will have to serve three months notice period and it is mentioned in the contract. Utter bullshit and it is a pathetic policy. You cannot force someone to deduct their ecs like this every month. Sales guys are so nice while selling the contract they never tell you about all these hidden pointers like one year contract, you cannot stop it in between or while ending the contract you will have to serve three months notice period. I am really pissed off with justdial and I want to stop my ecs and end it there, if someone really cares look into the matter and not play around with these hidden policies. Do let me know as it is very frustrating.
