I don t think you had seen my post before so thought I would repost:


The heating did not work and the only thing I was offered was a portable heater which did not work as well! Upon moving rooms I was informed that the heating across the entire building was not working, when in fact a colleague of mine had been assigned a room with perfectly working heating and with a far more modern set up!

It was quite frustrating that it took me over 2 hours to try and get a room that was clearly available all along, I feel like it was almost discriminatory the nature in which I was treated both by the booking staff and the Night manager after a very long day at work, I was hoping not to have dinner in my coat!
I was moved to an appropriate room after the wait at the same price point. I feel the hotel provides very different rooms and experiences at the same price which is very disappointing, I would certainly appreciate a conversation with management regarding the stay.
