So then, I was able to work for CPM for two contracts, certain "branches" of CPM are clear and well organized. Unfortunately, others are catastrophic, and this was my case.

I started to work without a contract, a very, very, very slow HR service.
5 days to establish an employment contract.

Mysterious payslips.

A poor quality fleet, cars insured to third parties. Unmaintained cars, dirt on the seats, cold tobacco. Broken body ....

Avoid talking about certain "managers"

Customer / business relationships full of misunderstandings or forgotten messages.

In short, a company that would need reorganization in certain branches.

I will not say run away but be careful.
