I experienced the worst customer service not only after system error, employee error but then an extremely rude supervisor offering no assistance in correcting their mistakes. After 1 1/2 hrs on the phone, 4 different people and being disconnected and not called back still nothing. I could care less about their products at this point I will never purchase another item from this establishment!
