Service department primarily Larisa Gritsiouk - was excellent - my son went their without an appointment because he got a flat tire earlier - but brought it to another mazda dealer (close to where he had the flat) - who told him that tire was not repairable at all and that it was not covered under his extended warranty he pays for - When he arrived at Maple Mazda - Larisa immediately saw on his file that he had the extended warranty and that she would call them to confirm the replacement or repair was covered - (*Firstly the flat tire was not damaged and the Maple Mazda tech was able to repair it no problem and also Larisa made sure that the Warranty was valid for this repair - no charge to my son - (*Where the other dealership wanted him to pay for a new tire $250 and no warranty coverage - thank you Larisa and Maple Mazda service - excellent service as always.
