So happy I made the call to look into rural net right from the get go all my questions were answered by Joanne in a great customer service manner that went above and beyond and set up the install appointment promptly. Install day came and they showed up right on time and any other questions I had were answered by Devin and the install went quick and clean job done. Once the install was done and up and running Devin spent the time to make sure all was running right and spent extra time because he was making sure it was up to his standards and stayed that way and running perfect so far I've had no issues and the speed of service is great I would recommend looking into rural net if you can get it no more xplornet for me finally feel like I am getting value for the money I spend
