Worst customer Service I have ever had to deal with. Have issues with connectivity speeds, ordered hardware through Internode to switch over to NBN, they did the switch without sending the hardware, told me several times hardware was on its way, only to tell me a week later it hadn't been sent at all. So a week with no internet in 2017......
Tech support only offer up doing 'ping' tests and reading manuals that you can get from the web anyway, no real smarts in that.
I would have thought tech support from an ISP such as Internode would have the ability to help.
Been with Internode for over 11 years, time for a change.
