Why does the message that plays when we call go fr...

Why does the message that plays when we call go from 'Press One' to 'Press Three'? Why isn't the option to reach dispatch 'Press 2' since it's the second option listed in the message?

Also: It would be nice if you could call and let the customer know why you were unable to pick up the trash instead of us having to reach out to you. Even just a sticker or card left by the person who is supposed to pick it up with the reason why they were unable to would be helpful.
