I had a very positive experience at Johnston-Willis Hospital. I was there for a bone scan in the Nuclear Medicine Department. The concierge at check-in was very nice, as was the admissions desk staff. The receptionist in the nuclear medicine waiting room was a delight and helped to allay anxiety with her friendly chatter and warm demeanor. My technician for all three phases was professional and efficient.
