Well, we ve lived in our house for 25 years and seldom get water, probably 5 times in all those years. This year we got water 4 times between Thanksgiving and New Years. In December we decided it was time to have the basement done so we didn t need to shop-vac any more.

I did my research, got estimates, and decided on Quality 1st. Today Mario and his guys were here and finished in 1 day. They started work immediately, worked all day and finished completely. They left no mess, they swept up and even dusted off stuff that wasn t covered with plastic. These guys worked their tails off and deserve the recognition of the hard work.

Unfortunately for us since it is seldom we do get water I don t know how long we will have to wait until I can see how the system works.

Again I have to say from the time we had Paul over to see the basement and sign our contract to the end of today, Quality 1st has been great to deal with. From this experience I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I hope this helps anyone on the fence with a decision.
