Called ahead to get my windows tinted. Was told to come by and they could get to . I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to have my
Windows tinted. When I arrived I had to wait a while for some one to assist me. Then was directed to an office in the shop. Was then told that they would have to call the tint guy to see if he could do my car today. They told me on the phone that he could. After all was determined that they could in fact tint my windows today, a guy interjects to tell me that I now have to go to the sales floor to fill out paperwork for insurance purposes to tint my windows. I just want my windows tinted. I m not spending another 30-45 minutes in your dealership to fill out insurance paperwork to have a guy drive my car 75 feet. Total time spent at dealing with this was an hour and a half. Never was told about paperwork on the phone. The service department was very disorganized. Was quoted $130 to tint two front windows on my Jeep. When asked to quote the price to tint the entire Jeep it was $199. Explain how tinting just two windows costs 2/3 of the price to tint the entire vehicle? Terrible service and professionalism. I didn t have a problem filling out a work order. This paragraph states that the issue was with signing and filling out paperwork for insurance purposes. Nothing to do with writing a service ticket. I pulled into your service bay to have a service done. The way I see it, I did everything I said I would and you did not. Not only are you mistaken about that, you failed to mention why tinting 2 windows is $130 and tinting the remaining 5 windows on my vehicle would be and extra $70?? You guys have all my information. If you would like to discuss this matter further I would be more than happy to talk to you over the phone. If you really value your customers as you say you do, you would be trying to make it right. Have a blessed week. Not to mention, none of your great service writers or service manager even attempted to write me a work order.
