The worst hotel I have every stayed in!

The worst hotel I have every stayed in!
We where meant to stay in their sistering hotel however they over booked and sent us to the Washington.
The managers acted as if I should be great full to stay in the hotel!

I called on the Monday to question when the money would be returned but they said wait a few more days.
I was then told 4 days later that the deposit was taken form me and would not be returning due to not stating when cheque out that there was a bit of sick on the bed!
I have never stayed at a hotel where they require you to tell them the state of the room, nor have I ever been charged for a bit of sick in a room!
