I joined Crossfit Exe soon after moving from Ireland. It is without a doubt one of the best decisions I've made. A lot can be said about the high quality of programming and coaching available. The coaches are acutely aware of all their members strengths and weaknesses and they genuinely care and celebrate every achievement no matter how small.
