Is this the easiest way to get into a public school of arts

NYC Department of Education offers best education and training programs for students. They support students for skill development.

I've seen nothing but centralized chaos. When one of the educators says it's about the kids, it's usually never about the kids but about themselves.

I have a question... am I able to visit this location about a transfer for my child? I am currently at an enrollment family center for the board of education. The staff here was met very helpful and the lady assigned to assist me simply dismissed me and telling me this is the only board of education office.
