Made a claim with Landmark for a water heater issu...

Made a claim with Landmark for a water heater issue on a Saturday. Called to see if we could get someone out over the weekend because we have kids and didn't want them taking cold showers. They stated hot water is not an emergency and we would be contacted Monday by a contractor. That was fine. We ended up calling Monday to request a new contractor because the one they assigned had horrible reviews. They said they only had one other contractor. We called that contractor and they were booked for about 3 weeks but said they would try get us scheduled in a couple days. We had already gone two days with cold showers. We called Landmark back to see if they could get someone to come look at it same day but they said that scheduling is not their responsibility we would have to work that out with their contractor. Every time we called they were very rude on the phone. Would not recommend this warranty company to anyone. We ended up calling a few companies ourselves and paying out of pocket for the repair. Do not use this company, they will take your money but not help you when the time comes.
