In response: Not contacting you. If you can't keep an eye on your people, it's your problem. Bought from Honda North. This dealership is not the same anymore. As a long time customer I really do not like the car buying experience here. In fact I had no experience but I watched as several sales people stayed cool inide the show room as I looked at several vehicles. I left after not being greeted for an hour. As for the person answering the other posts, I know you're not the owner, unless the McKoanes sold out. Signed, someone who bought six cars here over the years.
