We had to cancel reservation due to wife having emergency surgery this past Sunday.
We made reservation through Expedia.
We cancelled today ant they said we missed the Marriott 3 day cancellation. BTW, Expedia said on their contract it was today.
We are now charged for a penalty that takes place on Saturday!
Really??
Expedia says that Marriott refused.
Marriott says Expedia didn't make it happen.
And I am a lifetime platinum with Marriott
Sounds like bad customer service on both ends
