After the Embarkation experience, the Cruise was very nice.
Embarkation was terrible. Although Oceania made the airline reservations and knew when we and many others would arrive, the Ship was totally unprepared to get us aboard.
The Ship (Nautica) was very nice. Food was terrific everywhere. Hotel Staff were gracious, friendly and helpful all the time.
Ship's tours varied in quality. Mostly because tour guides were just not very good (limited knowledge in some cases). Strongly recommend hiring your own guides. We used SPB in St Petersburg and the guide was fantastic.
Disembarkation was pretty well organized and went well.
