I would give this location -5 stars (that reads negative five) if I could. 1. Reserved a car for a 1pm pickup...I was there before 1pm only to be greeted with over an hour line.... Why? Only two people working the counters...at the DFW AIRPORT location?! Madness. 2. I get to the counter, they had my reservation thankfully... But then come to find out I'm going to have to wait "45 minutes to an hour" for the car to be ready. I asked why, and was told, "supply and demand." Makes no sense. I'm writing this while I wait for a vehicle along with all the other folks that were before me. This is unacceptable business. Not that it matters to this company but I will NEVER RENT FROM DOLLAR AGAIN. Every individual renting on 25 Sep 2020 should get A HUGE DISCOUNT for your company's inefficiency and ineptness. It's not like Dollar didn't know what to expect...your customers RESERVE the cars with an associated time. Come on Dollar, step-up your business acumen. Regardless, I'm done with you.
