Australian Chef but very Creative to present the food with blending of local and western taste using Japanese ingredients . Food was great and do Tey their discovery menu that you can have their signature highlight. Ambience is perfect located at Chijmes , used to be a convent monestary . Romantic and perfect for dating or large event using their specia room and the hall. Service was great and deserved a one star Michelin! Do book early!
