Meadows is, in my opinion the best spot on Mt Hood...

Meadows is, in my opinion the best spot on Mt Hood to ski. When they have all the lifts open you don't have much of a wait to get on the hill. They do a good job of taking care of the runs and marking the obstacles. The few times I have had a bad fall, ski patrol has been there quick to see if I was ok. Definitely get up to Meadows and hit the slopes.
