Scooter was ok Customer Service was horrible when it comes time to return even though sunday hours are listed as 8 to 6 they never answer the phone. We had to beg ft wilderness front desk to take the scooter. Almost made us late to check out. Suggest you go with Disneys preferred vender.Left so many messages and as of this posting no call returned
