The room itself is quite OK. But the room service ...

The room itself is quite OK. But the room service is not good enough compare to the 5-star hotel standard. Coffee and tea were not added everyday. The 2nd room service in the evening of the day that the 1st service cannot be done due to "Do not disturb" sign was nothing except for arrange the bed sheets. The towel wasn't be changed to the new one.

But the worst thing I came across at EDSA Shangri-La was the guy at reception counter. He doesn't have any service mind at all. He didn't help to sort out or provide any information I asked for. And he made me feel like I am his employee not the hotel guest.

He = the guy that was in duty on Thursday 20, June (afternoon shift) and Friday 21, June (Morning shift). He wear eye glasses and quite tall (175 cm+).
