I have a Ravin crossbow they sell it and Ravin said they could fix it and restring it. Guy said none of them had no clue but would call and figure it out, it would be done first thing Monday morning. Called at lunch and they haven t touched it. Called at 5 stayed on hold for 25 min of please hold called again at 6 same thing hold asked if they could call me back. Let s see if I come back and spend $2000 again.
