I had to contact Internode recently for some technical assistance and was very fortunate to get Ilhaam, Customer Support Officer. She was extremely understanding and patient with me as I have very little technical knowledge. She went step by step through the process and even said she would phone me back to assist further - which she did. Such professional staff members are a real credit to the organisation and deserve to be commended. It is worth adding that service of this nature certainly engenders goodwill with customers.
